Lebanese President to visit Oman from Tuesday

Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun will start a two day official visit to Sultanate Oman on Tuesday.

The following is the text of a statement issued by the Royal Court:

“Reflecting the close relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Lebanese Republic, and strengthening their cooperation in ways that support greater development and prosperity that serve the interests of both countries and fulfil their shared aspirations, General Joseph Aoun, President of the Lebanese Republic, will undertake an official visit to Sultanate Oman on Tuesday and Wednesday  December 9 and 10, 2025. The visit will include consultation and coordination between the two leaderships to support Arab collective action and to review developments at the regional and international levels.”
