Iran: Foreign Minister attends Oman Embassy’s National Day celebration

The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Islamic Republic of Iran held a reception ceremony on the occasion of the glorious National Day.

Sayyid Yaarub Albusaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran, delivered a speech in which he emphasised the Omani diplomatic approach based on dialogue and respect for the UN Charter and international law, and the call to prioritise wisdom, contain escalation in the region, and adopt peaceful means for dispute settlement.

The ceremony was attended by Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, a number of Iranian officials, and heads of diplomatic missions.

The event included visual presentations that highlighted the most important tourism and economic features that distinguish Oman in all its Wilayats and Governorates, as well as a display of  documents narrating its history and promoting tourism and investment Oman.
