His Majesty receives President of Belarus

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, at Al Barakah Palace.

The meeting reviewed areas of investment and economic partnership between the two countries, as well as means of enhance partnerships to serve common interests and contribute to the growth of the Omani and Belarusian economies.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, and Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of Oman Investment Authority (OIA).

The meeting was attended from Belarus by the two sons of the President: Viktor Lukashenko, Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Belarus and President of the Olympic Committee, and Nikolai Lukashenko, along with a number of Belarusian officials.
