Minister in phone call with Tanzanian counterpart

Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi held a phone call with Mahmoud Thabit Kombo, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The call reaffirmed the deep historical ties between Oman and Tanzania. Both Ministers expressed their shared commitment to continue developing these relations and to make use of cooperation opportunities to serve the mutual interests of the two friendly peoples.

The conversation also covered recent developments in Tanzania. Both Ministers voiced support for all efforts that strengthen the country’s security and stability. They underlined the importance of adopting wisdom and engaging in constructive peaceful dialogue to achieve the aspirations of the Tanzanian people.
