Minister accompanies Saudi Foreign Minister on a tour of Al Jabal Al Akhdar
Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia toured the Wilayat of Jabal Akhdar in Al Dakhiliyah Governerate with Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister, to mark the Saudi Foreign Minister's visit to Oman and their talks together.
They inspected existing and planned facilities and projects, in particular those related to food security and to tourism, and entertainment services in the Wilayat.
The tour included a visit to the archaeological village of Al Suwgra, one of the ancient villages renowned for its stunning scenery and authentic environmental and cultural features.
The Ministers also visited Omani rose farms and saw the Sultan Qaboos rose and the Sultan Haitham rose. They toured pomegranate, walnut, saffron and olive trees and explored other fruit trees and products for which Riyad al Jabal is known.
Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, the Saudi Foreign Minister, has now left the Sultanate, bid farewell by Sayyid Badr Albusaidi.
