Eritrea: Oman explores opportunities for joint cooperation

Ambassador Saleh bin Mohammed Al Saqri, Head of the Africa Department, met with Reda Tesfalul, Director General of the Departments Division at the Eritrean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Eritrea. They met at the Eritrean Ministry’s headquarters in the capital, Asmara.

They reviewed Omani–Eritrean relations and discussed ways to enhance them and broaden the scope of cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Minister Plenipotentiary Mohammed bin Shams Al Shamsi, and from Eritrea, Ambassador Hassan Saad Al Hashemi, Director of the Africa and Middle East Department at the Eritrean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
