{"id":9270,"date":"2024-03-03T12:52:38","date_gmt":"2024-03-03T12:52:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/9270\/"},"modified":"2025-12-14T09:36:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-14T09:36:51","slug":"his-majesty-the-sultan-issues-four-royal-decrees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/9270\/","title":{"rendered":"His Majesty the Sultan issues four Royal Decrees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/about-oman\/state\/head-of-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik Al Said<\/a> has issued four Royal Decrees:<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree (13\/2024) amends some provisions of the State of Emergency Law.<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree (14\/2024) determines the specialisations of the Ministry of Social Development and approves its organisational structure.<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree (15\/2024) appoints a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Article (1) appoints <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/rome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, Ambassador of Oman to the Italian Republic<\/a>, as Oman\u2019s Permanent Representative to the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations in Rome.<\/p>\n<p>Article (2) says this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree (16\/2024) appoints a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate of Oman to the Digital Cooperation Organisation in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>Article (1) appoints <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/riyadh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sayyid Faisal bin Turki bin Mahmoud Al Said, Ambassador of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,<\/a> as Oman\u2019s Permanent Representative to the Digital Cooperation Organisation in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>Article (2) says this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
