The new article reads as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Minister shall issue a decision specifying the regulations and procedures for the candidacy of a woman from each governorate for the membership designated to women\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Article 2 cancels all that contradicts this decree or contravenes its provisions.<\/p>\n<p>Article 3 says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publishing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 98\/2026 amending some provisions of the Shura Council\u2019s Members Election Law.
