Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court; General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nomani, Minister of the Royal Office; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/ministry\/about-us\/key-figures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oman\u2019s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Albusaidi<\/a>; Dr Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oia.gov.om\/en\/about\/oia-leadership\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority<\/a>;
