The aim is to strengthen pharmaceutical security, support the localisation of pharmaceutical and medical industries, and attract high-quality investments.<\/p>\n<p>The OPAZ delegation at the exhibition is headed by Ahmed bin Hassan Al Dheeb, Vice Chairman of the authority, and includes representatives from government and private-sector entities.<\/p>\n<p>The event will showcase the investment opportunities offered by the zones to international companies. Meetings will also be held with manufacturers and investors to explore opportunities for new projects and partnerships and to capitalise on Oman\u2019s strategic location, advanced infrastructure and logistics networks to access regional and international markets.<\/p>\n<p>OPAZ is participating with Oman Exports in the Milan Pharmaceutical Industries Exhibition amid the rapid growth of Oman\u2019s pharmaceutical and medical industries sector. This growth reflects the development of Omani companies\u2019 capabilities and competitiveness, alongside rising sector exports and the expansion of Omani products into more international markets.<\/p>\n<p>Through this event Oman aims to promote its pharmaceutical and medical products, strengthen the presence of Omani companies in international markets, explore new export opportunities and build commercial partnerships with international buyers and importers. It also plans to showcase the industrial and investment capabilities of Oman\u2019s pharmaceutical and medical sector.<\/p>\n<p>OPAZ is working with relevant entities, developers and operators to prepare these industrial clusters to attract specialised local and international companies.
