The first consultations between the Sultanate of Oman and the United Republic of Tanzania were held, at the Foreign Ministry in Muscat.<\/p>\n

The Omani delegation was headed by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy<\/a>, while the Tanzanian delegation was headed by Dennis Lazaro Londo, Deputy Minister for Investment, Industry and Trade.<\/a><\/p>\n

The meeting discussed the friendly relations between the two countries and prospects for cooperation in investment, trade and logistics. The two delegations also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.<\/p>\n
