Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs,<\/a> headed the Foreign Ministry delegation to the Oslo Forum 2026<\/a>, hosted by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/a> and the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Forum was attended by officials and representatives of governments, academic institutions and civil society organisations.<\/p>\n

During the Forum, Sheikh Khalia participated \u00a0along with with Andreas Motzfeldt Kravik, Norweigan State Secretary<\/a>, in a dialogue session \u00a0on international law and mediation.<\/p>\n

On the sidelines of the forum, he also met with representatives of participating countries.<\/p>\n

The meetings were attended by Sheikh Humaid Almaani, Head of the Diplomatic Academy<\/a>, and Maitha Almahrouqi, Oman’s Ambassador to Norway.<\/a><\/p>\n
