His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain,<\/a> received Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman<\/a>, along with the Foreign Ministers of the GCC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The meeting took place as part of the foreign ministers\u2019 participation in the 167th session of the GCC Ministerial Council held in the Bahrain.<\/p>\n

During his meeting with Prince Salman, Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a> to King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain<\/a>. He also conveyed His Majesty\u2019s sincere wishes to the Bahraini people for further prosperity, growth, security and stability.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Prince Salman emphasised the solid Gulf cohesion and the strong solidarity of the GCC states in confronting challenges and risks, as well as tackling anything that could threaten their security and stability.<\/p>\n

The Ministers expressed their deep appreciation and gratitude for the meeting, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s hosting of the Ministerial Council and its successful presidency of the current session.<\/p>\n

They affirmed their commitment to the progress of cooperation and joint Gulf action with all determination and steadfastness, thanks to the wisdom of the leaders of the GCC countries and their sound directives for the good, growth, and prosperity of the region and its peoples.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the meeting later on the X social media platform X<\/a>, Sayyid Badr said the meeting reflected the strength of Gulf relations, deep rooted bonds and shared aspirations for the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
