AlSayyida Wafa Jabr Nasser Albusaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/a>, participated in the opening of the 59th annual meeting of of the Asian Development Bank<\/a>, held in Samarkand on May 4, 2026.<\/p>\n

The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev<\/a>, delivered a speech about the importance of expanding the horizons of international cooperation and promoting regional integration to contribute to achieving sustainable and comprehensive development.<\/p>\n

\u200fThe meeting addressed various issues, most notably green transformation, energy, digitisation, investment promotion, food security and sustainability of supply chains.<\/p>\n
