His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has been awarded the Arab Tourism Medal of the First Class by the Arab Tourism Organisation<\/a>, in recognition of his contributions to supporting joint Arab action and strengthening integration among Arab countries, particularly with regard to the tourism sector.<\/p>\n

The award was presented at a meeting in Jeddah where Dr Bandar bin Fahd Al Fahid, President of the Arab Tourism Organisation<\/a>, received Sayyid Najib bin Hilal bin Saud Albusaidi, Ambassador of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<\/a>, and handed over the decoration.<\/p>\n
