The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Foreign Ministry, took part in the Doha Forum 2025<\/a> as it was held for the 23rd time under the theme \u201cAdvancing Justice: From Promises to Tangible Reality\u201d. The forum was opened under the patronage of His Highness Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Oman\u2019s delegation at the forum was led by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs.<\/a><\/p>\n

Sheikh Khalifa held several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum. He also took part in a closed session titled \u201cProtecting Mediation during Armed Conflict\u201d. In his intervention he reaffirmed Oman\u2019s consistent approach in supporting dialogue and promoting mediation efforts. He underlined the country\u2019s commitment to peaceful solutions to conflicts.<\/p>\n

He spoke of Oman\u2019s experience in adopting positive and proactive neutrality. He noted its value in creating environments that support diplomatic efforts and build confidence between the delegations.<\/p>\n
