Omani embassies worldwide celebrated the National Day by holding receptions attended by senior officials in host countries.<\/p>\n

In Algeria<\/strong>, Ambassador Saif Albadaai<\/a> hosted a reception to mark the National Day. The event was attended by ministers, representatives of Algerian government entities, accredited diplomatic missions, business figures, media and civil society.<\/p>\n

The Algerian Government was represented by Abdelmalek Tacherift, Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders; Dr Mourad Adjal, Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies; and Dr Souria Moloudji, Minister of National Solidarity, Family and Women\u2019s Affairs.<\/p>\n

In Morocco<\/strong>, Oman’s Ambassador Khalid Bamakhlif<\/a> \u00a0hosted a reception to mark the National Day. The event was attended by Dr Naima Baniyahya, Minister of Solidarity, Social Inclusion and Family, as guest of honour representing the Moroccan government.<\/p>\n

The reception was also attended by Dr Abdellatif Ouahbi, Minister of Justice, along with ministry officials, representatives of the Royal Court, members of parliament, political figures, and leading figures from the economic, media, cultural and academic sectors.<\/p>\n

In South Korea<\/strong> Oman\u2019s Embassy<\/a>\u00a0held a reception attended by the Korean Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Public Affairs and official spokesperson of the ministry as guest of honour, alongside resident ambassadors, business leaders, academics and members of the Omani and Arab communities.<\/p>\n

In Jordan<\/strong>, and under the patronage of Ambassador Sheikh\u00a0Fahad Alojaili, Head of Mission<\/a>, and in the presence of Brigadier General Imad Al Batoush, Commandant of the Royal Jordanian National Defence College, and the Omani defence attach\u00e9, a group of Omani officers studying at the college held a celebration marking Oman\u2019s National Day.<\/p>\n

The celebration included segments highlighting Oman\u2019s achievements since the start of its renaissance and the development of Oman-Jordan relations. The Ambassador, accompanied by the Omani defence attach\u00e9, also visited Brigadier General Tariq Al Rawadhiya, Commandant of the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College. The meeting discussed ways to advance cooperation between the two countries.<\/p>\n
