It also reviewed the ongoing preparations for the Arab-Russian Summit that Russia is scheduled to host in October.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed Almaskari, Head of the Foreign Ministry&#8217;s Department for the GCC and Region, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/moscow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hamood Altowaiya, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation<\/a>, and various Ministry officials.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
