Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)<\/a>, arrived in the Sultanate of Oman on a private fraternal visit.<\/p>\n

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a> led the welcoming party for the President at the private airport in Salalah.<\/p>\n

Alongside His Majesty, the UAE President was welcomed by His Highness Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs; His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham<\/a>, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Youth; His Highness Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham; His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki , Governor of Dhofar; Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court; General Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nomani, Minister of the Royal Office; \u00a0Sayyid Badr Albusaidi, Foreign Minister;<\/a>\u00a0Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance;<\/a> Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office; Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority<\/a>; Sayyid Dr Ahmed bin Hilal Albusaidi, Ambassador of Oman to the UAE<\/a> and Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Ambassador of the UAE to Oman.<\/a><\/p>\n

After passing between two rows of the Royal Guard of Oman, the motorcade carrying His Majesty and the UAE President departed the airport, heading to the Al Hosn Palace.<\/p>\n

Accompanying the UAE President during the visit is a delegation that comprises Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs;<\/a> Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Martyrs\u2019 Families Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Adviser to the President of the UAE; Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Dr Ahmed Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the President\u2019s Office for Strategic Affairs; Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority and member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; Faisal Abdulaziz Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs; Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Minister of Investment and Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Ambassador of the UAE to Oman.<\/p>\n
