{"id":28229,"date":"2025-09-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/28229\/"},"modified":"2025-12-31T12:19:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T12:19:12","slug":"his-majesty-issues-three-royal-decrees-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/28229\/","title":{"rendered":"His Majesty issues three Royal Decrees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fm.gov.om\/about-oman\/state\/head-of-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a>\u00a0issued three Royal Decrees:<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree No. 65\/2025 ratifies the framework agreement signed in the City of Muscat on May 27, 2025 for cooperation between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree No. 66\/2025 ratifies the agreement signed in the City of Astana on May 29, 2025 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Kazahkstan on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and capital.<\/p>\n<p>Royal Decree No. 67\/2025 endorses the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s joining Annex VI of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (1973).<\/p>\n<div id=\"fm-single-post-content\" class=\"fusion-content-tb fusion-content-tb-1\">\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
