{"id":25954,"date":"2025-06-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-18T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/25954\/"},"modified":"2025-12-31T12:18:32","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T12:18:32","slug":"his-majesty-receives-ambassadors-credentials-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/25954\/","title":{"rendered":"His Majesty receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Majesty <a href=\"https:\/\/fm.gov.om\/about-oman\/state\/head-of-state\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a> received, separately, at Al Barakah Palace the credentials of the Ambassadors of several countries to the Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty received credentials of the following Ambassadors:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-84367 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amb-2-800x547-1.jpeg\" alt=\"His Majesty The Sultan receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials\" width=\"800\" height=\"547\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/ambassador-cn-embassy-in-om\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lyu Jian, Ambassador of the People\u2019s Republic of China<\/a> to the Sultanate of Oman,<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-84369 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amb-3-800x584-1.jpeg\" alt=\"His Majesty The Sultan receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials\" width=\"800\" height=\"584\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/ambassador-sn-embassy-in-om\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ibrahima Seck, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal<\/a> to the Sultanate of Oman,<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-84371 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amb-4-800x615-1.jpeg\" alt=\"His Majesty The Sultan receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials\" width=\"800\" height=\"615\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/ambassador-ae-embassy-in-om\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates<\/a> (UAE) to the Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n<p>During individual meetings with His Majesty the Sultan, the Ambassadors conveyed greetings of their countries\u2019 leaders to His Majesty.<\/p>\n<p>They also expressed their great honour and delight at presenting their credentials to His Majesty, wishing that their mission will be crowned with success in serving the mutual interests of their countries and the Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n<p>They underlined their sincere commitment and firm determination to promote relations of cooperation, partnership and investment across all fields, in a manner that serves joint interests.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-84373 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amb-5-800x1042-1.jpeg\" alt=\"His Majesty The Sultan receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials\" width=\"800\" height=\"1042\" \/><\/p>\n<p>His Majesty welcomed the Ambassadors. He expressed his gratitude for their leaders\u2019 greetings and best wishes, wishing the Ambassadors success in carrying out their duties.<\/p>\n<p>His Majesty affirmed that they would receive all support from the Government and the Omani people in carrying out their duties.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-84375 size-fusion-800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amb-6-800x612-1.jpeg\" alt=\"His Majesty The Sultan receives Ambassadors\u2019 credentials\" width=\"800\" height=\"612\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The credentials presentation ceremony was attended by the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/ministry\/about-us\/key-figures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oman&#8217;s Foreign Minister<\/a>, the Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman, the Head of the Royal Protocols and the Military Aides to His Majesty the Sultan.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
