{"id":23844,"date":"2025-04-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-21T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/23844\/"},"modified":"2026-04-01T08:26:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T08:26:36","slug":"electronic-attestation-service-to-launch-in-egypt-and-jordan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/23844\/","title":{"rendered":"Electronic Attestation service to launch in Egypt and Jordan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Foreign Ministry is pleased to announce the launch of the seventh phase of the electronic attestation service in Jordan and Egypt, starting from April 22, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry is committed to providing high-quality consular services, supporting the digital transformation goals of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oman2040.om\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oman Vision 2040<\/a>, and facilitating procedures through service digitisation.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no need to visit the Sultanate of Oman\u2019s missions in these countries to obtain attestation services.<\/p>\n<p>The electronic attestation service was launched on January 23, 2025 and currently covers the following countries:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/fm.gov.om\/policy\/multilateral-relations\/#GCC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)<\/a> countries, the India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Germany, the Republic of Austria, Cyprus, Japan, the Italy, and Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>Those seeking to attest documents can easily apply through the following electronic portal:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omanpost.om\/ar\/attestation-services\">https:\/\/www.omanpost.om\/ar\/attestation-services<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The service will be rolled out gradually to other countries as part of the Ministry&#8217;s phased implementation plan, in collaboration with Oman Post.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
