{"id":23583,"date":"2025-04-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/23583\/"},"modified":"2025-12-31T12:17:15","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T12:17:15","slug":"thailand-new-digital-arrival-card-system-for-visitors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/en\/23583\/","title":{"rendered":"Thailand : New Digital Arrival Card System for visitors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fm.gov.om\/Bangkok\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Bangkok<\/a> announced that Thai authorities will implement a Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system starting from May 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>This new electronic system is designed to register the details of travellers arriving in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thaigov.go.th\/main\/contents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kingdom of Thailand<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is part of efforts to enhance efficiency and streamline entry procedures, replacing the paper-based arrival form (TM.6) that visitors were previously required to complete.<\/p>\n<p>Travellers can complete pre-registration through the dedicated online platform via the following link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tdac.immigration.go.th\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/tdac.immigration.go.th<\/a><\/p>\n<p>or by scanning the QR code included in the official announcement.<\/p>\n<p>Registration requires entering passport details, personal information, travel details, accommodation information in Thailand, and a health declaration.<\/p>\n<p>The new system offers the following benefits:<br \/>\n\u2022 Completely free registration.<br \/>\n\u2022 Option to register up to three days before arrival.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to register individually or as a group.<br \/>\n\u2022 Option to modify entered information at any time before arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The Embassy urges all Omani citizens travelling to Thailand to comply with these new procedures to ensure a smooth and safe entry into the Kingdom of Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>This is an unofficial English version of an Arabic report.
