His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik<\/a> and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain<\/a> held an official session of talks at Al Alam Palace.<\/p>\n

At the outset of the session, His Majesty reiterated his welcome to King Hamad, as an eminent guest of the Sultanate of Oman, wishing him and his accompanying delegation a pleasant stay.<\/p>\n

King Hamad expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Majesty for the warm welcome and hospitality.<\/p>\n

The session reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries and means of promoting them in various spheres in a manner that serves interests of the two peoples and meets their aspirations.<\/p>\n

The two leaders also exchanged views on the situation in the region, as well as regional and international developments. They also discussed matter of mutual interest.<\/p>\n
