The Embassies of the Sultanate of Oman in South Korea, Syria, Morocco and France celebrated the 54th Glorious National Day by hosting receptions attended by high-ranking officials, members of the diplomatic corps and prominent figures from the fields of politics, business and culture, along with Omani residents.<\/p>\n

In Seoul, South Korea<\/strong>, the Embassy organised a celebration hosted by Ambassador Sheikh Zakaria Alsaadi<\/a>, South Korea\u2019s Minister of Trade, Inkyo Cheong, and more than 500 guests. The event featured cultural and artistic performances by Korean groups and an orchestra.<\/p>\n

In his speech, the Ambassador highlighted 50 years of bilateral relations, focusing on current and future cooperation in energy, particularly renewable energy and green hydrogen.<\/p>\n

The Korean minister praised the historical ties between the two countries and the role of Korean companies in Oman\u2019s development projects.<\/p>\n

In Damascus, Syria,<\/strong> Ambassador Turki Albusaidi<\/a> hosted a reception attended by senior Syrian officials, including Dr Bouthaina Shaaban, adviser to the President of Syria, along with advisers and Ministers from the Syrian Government.<\/p>\n

The event highlighted the fraternal relations between the two countries, with the participation of international organisations, intellectuals and media representatives.<\/p>\n

In Rabat, Morocco,<\/strong> the Embassy organised a celebration led by Ambassador Khalid Ahmed Bamakhalif<\/a>, with the participation of Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister and Naima Ben Yahia, Minister of Solidarity, Social Inclusion and Family, as well as parliamentarians and officials. The event drew a large audience of Arab and foreign diplomats and Omani students, emphasising the strong relations between the two countries.<\/p>\n

In Paris, France<\/strong>, Ambassador Ahmed Alaraimi<\/a> hosted a reception where he delivered a speech highlighting Oman Vision 2040<\/a>, the country’s development achievements and its foreign policy based on peace and justice. The event was attended by French officials, diplomats and representatives of international organisations.<\/p>\n

All the celebrations reflected a patriotic spirit showcasing Oman\u2019s heritage and culture. They also witnessed significant numbers taking part, demonstrating the depth of relations between Oman and the host countries, as well as international appreciation for Oman\u2019s diplomatic approach of tolerance, dialogue and fostering cooperation.<\/p>\n
