Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zaher Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-large with the Foreign Ministry, headed Oman\u2019s delegation at the seventh Indian Ocean Conference (IOC)<\/a> in Australia.<\/p>\n

The IOC brings together the countries of the Ocean and relevant partners to exchange views on regional issues and find ways to work together to enhance security and prosperity.<\/p>\n

The conference was attended by high-level delegations including foreign ministers from a number of Indian Ocean countries. Government officials and regional academic and intellectual institutions were also represented in Australia.<\/p>\n
