As part of the Foreign Ministry \u2019 efforts to enhance transparency and effective communication with the community, the Ministry launches surveys to gather beneficiaries\u2019 feedback on the quality of services provided.\nElectronic participation serves as a key tool that enables individuals to contribute to improving services and to share constructive suggestions that help enhance the Ministry\u2019s services.<\/div>

Aims of E-participation:<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u2013 To enhance channels of communication with the beneficiaries of the Foreign Ministry\u2019s services.<\/p>\n

\u2013 To benefit from feedback of the beneficiaries in improving the services.<\/p>\n

\u2013 To enable stakeholders to contribute effectively to the decision-making process.<\/p>\n

\u2013 To develop e-services based on feedback from users.<\/p><\/div>

E-participation policy:<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u2013 In regulating the e-participation, The Foreign Ministry relies on the relevant national policies and legislation, as announced by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.<\/p>\n
