His clinical judgement, adaptable and up-to-date knowledge, clear communication and procedural skills place him among Sultan Qaboos University Hospital\u2019s best nurses.<\/p>\n<p>His late Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said established Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in 1990, as he sought to modernise the country.
